MECUM AUCTION OFFERS 400 CORVETTES UP FOR BID
AT BLOOMINGTON GOLD AUCTION
 MARENGO, Ill. - More than 400 Corvettes will cross the block during
Mecum's annual Bloomington Gold Corvette Auction, June 25-26, 2010, in
St. Charles, Ill.
"As the only all-Corvette auction in the industry, we are excited
about the high-quality cars we're bringing to auction for collectors and
enthusiasts of this marque," said President Dana Mecum.
"This is a must-attend event with Corvettes in all shapes and
sizes, from an original and unrestored '65 Sting Ray to Pace Cars, L88s
and low-mileage anniversary vehicles."
The Bloomington Gold Corvette Auction is held at Pheasant Run Resort and
is open to the general public. Tickets are available at the gate
for $20.
Also on display at Bloomington Gold will be the ex-Tony DeLorenzo
Corvette L88 Roadster - the earliest RPO-ordered L88 known to exist -
that Mecum will sell at their Monterey Auction, August 13-14, 2010, at
the Hyatt Regency Monterey Resort & Spa.
