Specifications
1. Color may be as many as 4-color
separations.
2. Preferred submission of advertisements
are suggested as camera-ready in the form
 of:
- JPEG or TIF at 300 DPI
or PDF at high resolution*
- QuarkXpress files formatted
for the Macintosh platform.
- Adobe Photoshop files
formatted for the Macintosh platform**
- Best quality laser print
- Acceptable form of submission is on CD
- You may also e-mail the ad to
advertisers@vette-vues.com***
3. Photographic or other images
must be formatted as ".TIFF" files without LZW
compression.
4. Color photographic or other images
must be formatted and saved as "CMYK"—Not
RGB.
5. If submitting laser print, include
all photographic and/or images including logo
for
scanning.
6. If needed, typesetting is available
by the publisher at no additional cost.
*NOTE:
PDF IS THE PREFERRED METHOD OF SUBMISSION
** With 2.
A. and/or B. include no less than 2 printed copies
of the finished advertisement.
*** A hard
copy proof is also required.
Advertising Policy
1. Advertiser shall assume liability
for all content of advertisements published.
2. No cancellations will be accepted
after issue closing date.
3. All material must be received
by the 5th (fifth) of each month. No liability
will be
assumed
by the publisher for errors in key codes or advertising
indexes.
4. The publisher will not guarantee
a position for an advertisement, but will honor
position requests to the best ability subject
to production of the issue(s).
5. The publisher reserves the right
to refuse to publish any material that is thought
to
be not suitable for the publications format and/or
contains material or subject matter that
is of the opinion of the publisher to be unethical
or offensive to the publications readers.
